In most cases, this is due to the fact that the filter bags are stuck together. The filter bags are very fine and can, in rare cases, become stuck, e.g. due to pH reducers or, as described in the product description, swirl dirt when suspended particles clog the fine pores. The test to see if there is actually a defect is very simple: vacuum up dirt briefly without any bag: If the dirt passes through the vacuum cleaner, then only the filter is clogged. 
To solve the problem of stuck filters:
1) Wash out thoroughly (but this only helps if the cause in the water has been eliminated, otherwise they can quickly stick together again).
2) Use a coarser filter - we recommend nylon socks as an inexpensive option.
3) Use new filters.

The fabric has a pore size of 0.1mm (v2 and Marvelix Filter) and up to 0.05mm (Turbo XL). This is a very fine fabric, much finer than, for example, fine nylon socks. However, algae and algae decomposed by chlorine can be much smaller and therefore we do not recommend using cordless pool vacuums for this purpose. The only reliable way to remove such fine debris from the water is the traditional way using a suction hose connected to the pool pump or an external pump to remove the water from the pool.

No, Poolwonder is only suitable for swimming pools but not for ponds! The bottom must not be covered with mud and stones and should be level. In addition, there are too many suspended particles in swimming ponds, which would cause the fine filters to stick very quickly.

The fabric has a pore size of 100 microns. This is a very fine fabric, much finer than fine pantyhose. However, algae and algae decomposed by chlorine can be much smaller than 100 microns and therefore we do not recommend using a cordless pool vacuum cleaner for this purpose. The only reliable way to remove such fine debris from the water is the traditional way using a suction hose connected to the pool pump or an external pump to remove the water from the pool.

Poolwonder v2 requires a minimum water depth of 17 cm.

  Yes. First turn the unit upside down. Reach under the propeller with both hands and pull it off with a little force. To put it back on, simply press it firmly back on (the propeller cannot slide down too far from model year 2018).

Yes, the brushes can be pulled out with pliers and reinserted in the same way. Replacement brushes are available in our online shop.

Any size of pool can be cleaned, but the larger the pool, the more time is needed because Poolwonder v2 has a cleaning diameter of 11 cm. Poolwonder v2 is therefore also very suitable for larger pools when there is spot contamination and a quick cleaning is required.
The complete cleaning of a 4x8m pool can be accomplished with several emptying of the filter bag in the case of coarse and extensive soiling, but of course requires more time.
Smaller pools can be cleaned in 5-10 minutes.
