Procedure according to order:
  • Sending the pre-franked consignment stamp
  • Inspection of the unit after receipt
  • Unit is repairable -> repair at conditions stated below
  • Unit is irreparable or cannot be repaired at a reasonable cost -> Unit will be returned to you free of charge. You only pay the postage costs for the outward shipment, the rest of the money paid will be refunded.
After a positive check on the repairability of the return, we will repair the defective device within 4 working days and then send it back.
Hin- und Rücksendekosten mit nachverfolgbaren Sendungen via DHL beträgt von DE<->AT leider insgesamt circa EUR 20, die wir zusätzlich in Rechnung stellen müssen. Die Reparaturpauschale ist nur dann möglich, wenn nur einzelne Teile getauscht werden müssen (z.B. Akku oder Platine und Erneuerung der Deckeldichtung).
*Pleasenote that this is a service offer, the price of which represents a cost contribution to our own costs for the replacement of components, labor and shipping and that we generally do not make any profit from repairs. We voluntarily provide a 12-month functional warranty on the repaired device, whereby the functional warranty only applies to the work carried out. The statutory warranty is limited to 12 months.
