Shipping and payment terms for private customers

Orders placed before 11:45 a.m. are usually shipped on the same business day, but in exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 3 business days after full payment has been received. The shipping time within Austria and Germany is usually 1-4 business days, to France and Italy approximately 3-5 business days, and to Spain approximately 4-7 business days. Within Austria, shipping is carried out by DPD or GLS, to Germany and other countries usually by DPD and UPS (subject to change depending on price and availability).

If we are unable to deliver the ordered goods - for example, due to unforeseeable high demand or bottlenecks at suppliers - we will notify you immediately of any delays.

In the event of revocation, you shall bear the direct costs of the return shipment.

Payment for goods via the website can be made via PayPal, EPS, debit card, or credit card.
