After a positive check on the repairability of the return, we will repair the defective device within 4 working days and then send it back.
 The repair flat rate is only possible if only individual parts need to be replaced (e.g. battery or circuit board and renewal of the lid seal).
*Pleasenote that this is a service offer, the price of which represents a contribution to our cost price for the replacement of components, labour and shipping and we generally do not make a profit on repairs. We voluntarily give a 12-month functional warranty on the repaired unit, the legal warranty is limited to 12 months.
