Procedure according to order:
  • Inspection of the unit after receipt
  • Unit is repairable -> repair at conditions stated below
  • Unit is irreparable or cannot be repaired at a reasonable cost -> Unit will be returned to you free of charge. You only pay the postage costs for the outward shipment, the rest of the money paid will be refunded.
After positive check on repairability of the return, we will repair the defective device within 3 working days and then send it back.
Thus, we can offer a total flat rate of EUR 70*. The repair flat rate is only possible if only individual parts need to be replaced (e.g. battery or circuit board and renewal of the lid seal).
*Pleasenote that this is a service offer, the price of which represents a contribution to our cost price for the replacement of components, labour and shipping and we generally do not make a profit on repairs. We voluntarily give a 12-month functional warranty on the repaired unit, the legal warranty is limited to 12 months.
