What are the advantages of the Poolwonder system compared to a vacuum cleaner connected to the swimming pool pump?

One of the biggest advantages of a vacuum cleaner that is not directly connected to the pool's filter pump is the elimination of cumbersome handling. With conventional suction systems with filter pump connection, the connecting hose should first be filled with water so that the pool pump does not run the risk of running dry. Due to their design, the connecting hoses are thick and inflexible and often also add quite a bit of weight. This, of course, makes handling for cleaning less than ideal. Another advantage of the Poolwonder suction systems is that the dirt does not get into the filter pump in the first place, but is retained in the reusable collection bags, thus saving water-intensive backwashing or time-consuming cleaning of the filter pump.

In principle, however, cleaning with a potent filter pump can also make sense and complement cleaning with other pool vacuums. Namely, when the particles are so small that they can no longer be retained by conventional filter bags, but can only be removed with powerful sand filters (for example, in the case of dust particles, algae infestation, etc., but here it also requires a backwash, otherwise the water will be contaminated again in a very short time).
